friends and members of TCLSPA.
We had never hosted an event of any size, so we
were quite unaware of our actual “needs” for the event
and we were generously blessed by the bounty of food
available for our guests.
Following a meal serving up to 40 guests, a
generous portion of the food prepared for our event was
then donated to the Gateway Mission in
Jackson,
Mississippi. We believe that we offered them enough to cover
most, if not all, of
their lunch for the day
following our event.
